Viamem turns your iPhone photo library into trip stories while keeping core photo processing on your device. It does not upload your photo library to a Viamem server and it does not modify, delete, or rearrange your original photos.
With your permission, Viamem reads photo dates and location metadata to build trips, places, routes, journeys, and reels. It stores the resulting trip organization, notes, settings, and local diagnostics on your device. Photo-library access is used only for these features.
Viamem can use Apple map, directions, and geocoding services to display maps, routes, and place names. Requests needed for those services are handled by Apple under its privacy practices. Viamem does not receive a copy of your photo library from those services.
Nothing is shared automatically. A journey, reel, or diagnostics file leaves your device only when you choose an option in the iOS share sheet. Diagnostics exports contain app and iOS versions plus technical error events; they do not contain photos, locations, trip titles, or notes.
If you choose Send Feedback, Viamem clearly tells you before opening an optional Google Form. The form asks for a feedback type and written feedback, and may offer optional Email, app version, iOS version, and iPhone model fields. Nothing is added automatically. Information you choose to submit is sent to Google and Viamem support to review beta feedback, troubleshoot issues, and reply when you provide an email address. Google handles submitted feedback under its own privacy policy.
Your Viamem data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or delete the app. You can change or revoke Photo access at any time in Settings → Apps → Viamem → Photos. To ask us to delete feedback you sent, email support with enough detail to identify the message. We retain support feedback only as long as needed to respond, improve Viamem, and meet legal obligations.
The Viamem website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. It loads Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser request information under Google’s privacy practices.
